RAW CHAROSET
not totally vegan – contains honey
yields 3 cups

1/2 C walnuts

3 medium apples, peeled and chopped

1 t honey, or to taste

1/2 t ground cinnamon

*1/4 C grape juice

Process in a food processor to desired consistency.
