Gus's Rawlmond Joys

makes approx 12 "bars"My 10 year old created this recipe after missing Almond Joys. This is so EASY and QUICK. I bring it to ALL my gatherings-even in the SAD world people love these.
Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
.33 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon
agave (stevia DOES NOT work in this recipe!)
1 tablespoon powdered cacao
shredded coconut for rolling the bars
12 almonds
Preparation:
Blend raisins in FP until they form a ball. Add coconut and oil. Blend. Add cacao and and agave. Using your hands, shape into cubes. roll in extra coconut. Pressing firmly add 1 almond to each bar. Refrigerate for 20 min (or more) before serving.
