Fairly Simple and Yummy!
½ cup red bell pepper
Red Swiss Chard
1 clove Fresh minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Medium Tomato
I wash and slice approximately 1/2 cup of red bell pepper, slice and scoop out the meat of 1 avocado, wash and tear 1 leaf of red swiss chard (found by the lettuce in your produce isle) or other green of choice, mince 1 clove fresh ginger,
approximately 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 medium sized tomato, I throw all of this into the food processor, blend until desired consistency.
I have been eating it with which ever bread I come up with. Lately it has been a golden flax~sunflower bread I have been making. I will post this recipe next.
