Green Tzatziki Sauce

Servings:
~ 3 cups

I was feeling Mediterranean last night, so I threw all these ingredients into my food processor. As soon as I tasted it, I thought of tzatziki, a Greek yogurt and cucumber sauce. I used dill in this version, but I think using a handful of fresh mint would make it incredibly authentic. Even my non-raw parents raved about it!

Ingredients:

1 Avocado, chopped
.33 Seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoon Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Tahini
1 teaspoon Sea salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon Dried dill
2 clove Garlic

Preparation:

Throw everything into a food processor, and process until smooth. The cucumber and lemon juice provide enough liquid, so unless you want to use this as a thin dressing, don’t add additional water.

Looks good and I love tzatziki. I'm going to try it. How do you use this? As a dip?
