Smooth, creamy, mildly sweet flavor full of everything healthy. The combination of ingredients leaves the drink striated with white and purple. I took the picture after a sip so there’s a bit on the glass. The draw back, as my little ones say, it’s just SO green.
1½ cup Coconut Water (just use the water from one young coconut), Rich in potassium, electrolytes, chloride, riboflavin, magnesium, thiamin, manganese, calcium, potassium, phosphorous and the list goes on. Low in calories and sugar
4 cup Spinach Leaves, Vitamin a, c, e, k, magnesium, several antioxidants, folic acid and SO MUCH MORE, a true super food
1 cup Kale devained, Beta kerotene, vitamin a, , k, c, leutinzeaxanthin and reasonably rich in calcium
1 Bananna, Vitamin C, potassium, manganese and vitamin b6
½ cup Blueberries, contain anthocyanins, other antioxidant pigments and other phytochemicals, proanthocyanidins, flavonols and tannins, high in manganese as well as vitamin K and have a low glycemic load
1 teaspoon Spirulina, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirulina_%28dietary_supplement%29 (there are so many health benefits, here's the infor link)
1. Place coconut water in blender, add all the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
