One Large GlassThis is a heavenly sweet and creamy smoothie for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
1 English Cucumber, chopped
1 Medium Ripe Banana
½ Small
Avocado
Dates, honey, agave or stevia (optional)
2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients, adding water as needed.

I love green smoothies. This was grand. I put a spoonful of spirulina in for extra greeness.
