Makes about 1.5 cups

Ingredients
1 cup Real Cream Cheese, from poemmom on this site
½ large cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup water
1 tablespoon oregano, dried
salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
Just blend all ingredients in the food processor or blender until creamy. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge and make sure to stir up well before serving again.
