½ cup Get Going Granola
1 Young Coconut, Opened, scraped down and drained
1 tablespoon Agave (or sweetner of choice)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Finely ground flax seed
½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Fresh Fruit, like berries
Blend coconut meat, agave, lemon juice, flax seed and vanilla. Add only enough coconut water to blend till very thick. Layer the cocoyurt, fruit and granola in a glass and enjoy.
