Granola

digests in 4 hours
2 cupps almonds, soaked 12 to 48 hours
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, soaked 6-8 hours, sprouted 2 days, rinsing 3 times daily (can be stored in water, changing water every seond
day)
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 24 hours
2 apples, chopped with seeds and stem removed
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp celtic salt
1/2 cup raisins
1. process almonds in a food processor with 's" blade into small chunks and transfer to a mixing bowl.
2. process pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds until roughly ground and combine with
almonds
3. process the apples and add them to the nuts and seeds
4. add cinnamon and salt and mix well
5. spread mixturee onto a dehydrator lined with teflex and dehydrate for 20-24 hours at 105F until completely
dry
6. add raisins after dehydrated and stir in a glass jar
