Best light snack ever! Perfect for those late night munchies!
1 tablespoon shredded dried coconut
2 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
drizzle of agave to bind ingredients
some cinnamon if you desire
Mix all ingredients with agave. No appliances needed :)
dried cranberry's might be a good alternative :) I don't have hempseeds, but this might be good with some pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. I have to get to the natural foods store and look for some hemp seeds (and buckwheat groats)...
some mulberries or other fresh or dried berry would work just fine:)
This is just what I will need as I sit here on my couch watching clean house. Can I substitute anything for the goji berries, I have none as of today.
