This smoothie has a wonderful flavour. Goji berries are quite strong in flavour so adding the extra berries made this heavenly. It could also be used as a sauce or dressing if the ice cubes were omitted.

½ cup Goji Berries, soaked in 1.5 cup cold water for half an hour
3 Ice Cubes
Remaining water after soaking the gojis
Blend all ingredients together and serve! Garnish with a raspberry.
