Garlic Dill Crackers

I was inspired by my grandmother's seasoned oyster crackers I used to eat as a child. I remember them being very strong in garlic, dill and salt. Sometimes I crave a savory, salty crunch and these hit the spot! Throw these on a salad for some crunch!

I can get them at my regular grocery store and certianly at the health food store. They look just the same, but will say "gluten free." I an gluten intolerant, so I need them. But if you don't have any food allergies or sensitivities, give it a try with regular oats. ;)

3. I used gluten free rolled
I used gluten free rolled oats. Like you would use for standard oatmeal. I put those in the HS blender in a dry container and let it run for 30 seconds, and that powders them - as long as it's COMPLETELY dry. :)
I've never used prepared oat flour, to be honest. I would THINK it's just powdered oats. Give it a try!
Yes, the mixture is very thick and sticky, if you're careful not to add too much water.

I was just wondering if the oats in the oats, powdered, would be similar to oat flour? Was it like a raw oat flake that you powdered? Do they hold together well?
