Garden Ranch Dressing
This is one of my favorite dips/dressings!
Here is the link to where I found the recipe (I wish there was a name posted so I could say who posted this):
The person who came up with this is working on a cookbook and if the other recipes are as good as this one, it will definately be on my wishlist.
Variations:
For a more flavorful dressing, use Seed or Nut Yogurt/Cheese instead of seeds, and/or blend in 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1/8 tsp black peppercorns
1 medium tomato, quartered
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium cucumber,
sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
1 cup either germinated almonds, pumpkin or sunflower seeds
2 pitted dates or dash of stevia powder
½ cup Rejuvelac
or the juice of one lemon
½ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 clove Garlic and little chunk of onion
Celtic sea salt
and/or kelp powder to taste
small handful of each: fresh dill, parsley, oregano, basil
Combine all ingredients in a blender (preferably a Vita-mix) and blend until smooth.

Oh, one more thing. This makes a TON of dressing... I feel like I just wasted a lot of food, so If your not sure about it, cut it half. You will still end up with plenty!

I just made this, pretty yummy. However, the vinegar is pretty strong and If I make it again, I will def. cut back on it. Other than that, It's not too bad.
