A great raw appetizer, and a raw conversation starter at events and dinner parties! Also great for lunches or a snack!

Recipe Directions

1. Mix the bruschetta ingredients well. Dehydrate for about 2-3 hours, depending on your dehydrator. The bruschetta should be crisp.

2. While the bruschetta is uncooking, sprinkle the tomato slices with the seasoning mix. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours.

3. Remove bruschetta and make mini sandwiches out of the tomato and bruschetta.

OPTIONAL:

Make a shredded cheese out of unsweetened dried coconut shreds, tossed in a bowl with garlic, sea salt, olive oil, brewer's yeast....YUM!
