I love yoghurt and it has been hard to give it up, so I decided to try and concoct a recipe which allowed me to have ‘yoghurt’ but raw! It is basically almond milk without the liquid consistency.
Could possibly be frozen for ice cream (?)

Honey / agave
Place almonds and some water in the blender and blend.
Continue this until you get a ‘yoghurt’ consistency.
Add your choice of fruit and blend.
Add some honey/agave for sweetness.
Heya, you can vary the consistency however you like! More almonds makes it thicker :D
yeah that's true- I do freeze them. It's more of an "eating them up" issue. lol Thanks:)
Put the almonds in your freezer rawclaire. I bought 5, 5 pound bags shortly before the pasteurization mandate and I keep them frozen.
I love almonds! I have a 5 1-pound bags and want to use all of 'em before they spoil. This is perfect! I'm going to make it with berries today! :)
Does this have the consistency of Malto-Meal? It sounds like a good, filling breakfast.
