Fruit Bowl with Date Cinnamon Sauce
This recipe makes fruit taste like apple pie, only raw!
1 apple cut in bite-sized pieces
1 orange cut in bite-sized pieces
1 banana cut in bite-sized pieces
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 medjool dates (or if you are using smaller dates than medjool, just add more dates)
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
1. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl with optional nuts
2. In a blender add dates, vanilla, cinnamon, salt. Turn on blender. Add water slowly until sauce forms to a gravy-like consistency.
3. Pour sauce over fruit and mix.
