In the beginning, I had trouble digesting the greens. OUCH! I keep my smoothies simple for digestion reasons.
2 Apples, Chopped
2 Handfulls Baby Spinach
1 cup Water
Blend all ingredients together in either a food processor or blender. Drink up! If I want to make this the night before, I add lemon juice. I always hear this prevents oxidation. I don’t know if it matters or not, but it does give it a nice flavor as well. I store in glass and use tempered glass straws found on www.rawfood.com.
