Ingredients
2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon spring onions
¼ cup red pepper
¼ cup celery
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
dash chili powder
½ teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe Directions
Chop first 6 ingredients as fine as you prefer. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Allow to stand at room temperature for a little while to allow the flavors to blend.
