A nice, soft cheeze that's perfect for tacos, wraps and salads.
1 C cashews, soaked (water reserved)
1/2 t Tumeric
1/2 t Cumin
1/2 - 1t cayenne
1T nutritional yeast
1T olive oil
1T lemon juice
Place all ingredients in blender at high speed, slowly adding reserved water until creamy consistency achieved.
Very nice. I threw in a bit of fresh chopped cilantro too.
