fast and tasty taco

Servings:
makes a couple tacos, depending on how large you like them great mixture that tastes just like tacos, and will hit the spot if craving mexican
Ingredients:
2 avacados
1 tomato
1 squeeze lemon juice
taco seasoning to taste
as much onion to taste
as much jalapeno to taste
Preparation:
chop all ingredients and add to a bowl. Mash and mix all together and place in a lettuce leaf or raw tortilla.Add sour cream, salsa, and a side of spanish rice or beans, and bam! I even use it as dip on flax crackers. Very delicious!
