This was invented to save time when I first turned raw, and is so ridiculously easy that I still make them regularly now!
I like onion powder and I usually add a bit more, but you can vary it to suit your own taste.
Miso and Shoyu are both essential for the taste, but I left the quantities blank because I discovered that people can have extremely different preferences for saltish flavours. So just add a little at a time until you get your “perfect” taste!
I use this when I crave something saltish and flavorful, and it’s so easy to make!
1 Tomato, Diced
½ Large Avocado, Mashed
1 Ear Corn
1 cup Fresh Sweet Peas
1 tablespoon Dried Onion Powder, Or to your own taste
Miso, To Taste
Shoyu, To Taste
No blender, dehydrator, food processor required. You just need to have a knife!
Mash the avocado and then mix everything together. Add the shoyu and miso a little at a time until you get your desired taste, then remember how much you put in, This will be your “default” quantities!
