Goji berries, Cacao nibs (peeled and crumbled), RAW Cashews or other fav nut.
Mix and eat handfull when needing quick energy boost.
It sure is energy food. Im addicted to cacao and goji berries. They do get you a little high thats for sure.
that's so funny...a friend just gave me a raw trail mix...it had goji berries, cacao nibs, cashews [haha everything you just said!!], mulberries, golden raisins and pistachios....i ate it ast night after eating a flourless raw "chocolate" cake that person made for me, and I was WIRED. This food is amazing!
