Easy chocolate cream pie
A really simple easy cooking pie that fullfill chocolate craving… Better when shared with friends…
3 avocados
1 cup raw cacao
1 cup fresh or soaked pitted dates
1 cup caroub powder
(raw if possible)
2 cup brazil or macadamia nuts
1 cup fresh or soaked pitted dates
1 pinch cayenne powder
1 pinch sea salt (if
desired)
sprinkle with love
For the crust
Mix the nuts, 1 cup of dates, the cayenne powder and the sea salt in the food processor and press the mixture in a pie plate.
Then for the filling, put the avocados, the raw cacao, the other cup of dates and the caroub powder in the food processor until smooth texture. Add to the crust. Let it cool in the fridge for at least one hour before eating.
For better results, sing nice bhajans while cooking…

Oooh, I'm making this for breakfast :o) It sounds amazing!
writeeternity- I get my cacao nibs off amazon.com... it's cheaper than ordering them from those raw food supply places, and the shipping is free over $25 (which my order always is!). Then I grind it up myself to make powder.

Hi I went to whole foods and looked for cacao and carob powder but they didn't have it. Did you order yours on line? Other than that logistics problem this looks awesome! Macadamia nuts and chocolate!!!
