Easy Cashew Cream

Adjust the amounts to however much you need and do it to taste.A cream to serve over pies and cakes, or fruit salads.
Ingredients:
Soaked Cashews
Just enough water to cover cashews
Cinnamon
Agave
Nectar, optional.
Preparation:
Take the already soaked cashews and cover them until just the tops of them are covered, with fresh spring water. Place them in a blender with all other ingredients, and blend until creamy. If you don’t like a lot of sweet stuff, you don’t need the agave. The cinnamon makes it taste sweet, and cashews have their own sweetness to them.
