FOR SMOOTHIE
1. Add the durian to a blender.
2. Add orange juice and begin blending, adding more orange juice (may be more than 1/3 cup) until your smoothie is at the desired consistency.
3. Add the maca powder and vanilla last.
FOR PUDDING
1. Mash the durian in a bowl with a fork.
2. Add the maca and vanilla and keep mashing.
3. Add the orange juice (you will just need a dash) and keep mashing until you have a nice pudding consistency.

I have been looking for a way to try durian. We have it frozen at the asian market.

THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST RAW PUDDING I'VE EVER HAD! creamsicle is right! so smooth, so creamy, just the right amount of orange, perfect texture.

oh, i always use frozen durian, because that's the only way i can get durian here in the states. i can't wait to taste it fresh!

I'm going to make this using frozen durian. I know it won't be as good, but I bet it will be a wonderful frozen smoothie! Thank you!
