These will cure any chocolate craving, any time, for anyone!
½ cup raw almonds, soak 2-3 hours, or not - I didn't, but it may be easier on your processor
½ cup raw walnuts
¼ cup raw cacao nibs, ground to powder
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Grind walnuts, almonds, and dates to a butter-like consistency. Add cacao and cinnamon, blend. Form into 1” balls, roll in coconut flakes or crushed nuts or cacao powder, serve.
I'm finally able to have nuts now so I will be trying this recipe first... Thanks so much for a great sounding recipe!
