Servings:
makes two and a half cups

you’ll need a good blender for this like a vita-mix or waring. it is awesome on everything besides fruit. try filling an avocado pit with it. ; ).

Ingredients:

¼ cup organic brown mustard seeds, soaked 24 hours
1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
¾ cup hemp seeds
2 teaspoon raw himalayan or sea salt
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon allspice

Preparation:

blend it up real good. if it is not creamy enough, add some more hemp seeds. this one is fun to experiment with. i always try some new spice in each new batch. yeah, fresh horseradish would be awesome. sometimes it has been WAY TOO SPICY but its all one big lesson anyway.

Horseradish will be great. Now all we need is fake raw hot pastrami lol

horseradish will give it more of the dijon kick if you can find it fresh.

This sounds greaaaat like the kosher deli quality and better. I might try adding some mustard powder to give it an additional kick. I'm making it. Hope I can find organic brown mustard seeds.
