Devil's Food Superballs
This reminded me of Mom’s Devil’s Food cake, only loaded with Superfoods! It is a small recipe so double or quadruple it to make Superfood brownies! I like this as an afternoon pick me up. Great for travel where the nutrition content of the food may not be so good. These are loaded with superfoods, agave-free, and are perfect for experimentation.
4 dates
2 tablespoon cacao powder, heaping tablespoons
1 tablespoon powdered
greens-spirulina
1 tablespoon coconut oil, soft
1 tablespoon Goji Berries
Put it all in the vita-mix and blend slowly at first to a course meal. I have used a little less coconut oil and added a few drops of water instead and they turn out great. The dough should just stick together like moist cake when pressed. Roll into balls. They can be frozen prior to travel. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Good Goji, this is tasty! I made it last night and it really hit the spot!

Some people just don't use it, Angie. I buy mine raw, but lately I've just been sweetening things with dates or raisins. You could certainly use either. Raw honey, if you use it, would work well also.
