This is a great dip. I find that I change my measurements everytime I make it. It’s best to use your intuition. Make it for how you feel in the moment!

Enjoy!

Preparation:

1/2 cup soaked almonds (about 1 cup when soaked)

Somewhere between 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

2-4 cloves and garlic

1/4 tspn cayenne powder

Sea salt to taste

around 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar

1/4 cup to 1/2 cup olive oil

A little water. (too much and it gets to thin)

Blend or food process (depends on what texture you want) everything except oil.
When I make this I look for a nice balance between the spicy, sweet and and tang. Once you experiment and get the perfect balance for you at the time, it is sooooo good.
Add olive oil slowly at the end untill your happy.

Have fun with it.
Enjoy!

I just fooled around with this yesterday and added some cashews, a half an onion and a whole sweet pepper. It was awseome!

Just made this & it tastes just like miracle whip. This will be great on my raw BLT's.
