I know there are plenty of banana 'ice cream' style recipes out there already but this is a new concoction I threw together tonight and thought it worked really well.
Didn't take a picture I'm afraid as couldn't wait to eat it! Will try and take one next time hopefully. :-)

Ingredients:

Frozen Banana
Dates
Buckwheaties (soaked/sprouted buckwheat that's then dehydrated)
Cinnamon
Coconut flakes
Argave (optional)

Preparation:

Start by putting the chunks of frozen banana into food processor and whizz until it's broken down a bit.
Add the rest of the ingredients with maybe a tiny splash of water to get things mixing nicely.
Process a bit longer until it becomes a lovely mixed mash of loveliness!
To serve, drizzle a bit of argave over the top if you want it extra sweet and sticky.
Sooooo Tasty!
