i've seen this done with orange juice too... I haven't tried yet. Apple would be yum too :-)
You can use it as a sweetner, in recipes it is a good replacement for agave or honey.
What do you use this syrup for? (I can imagine some stuff, but I'm curious what you do with it.)
yes- juice is ALWAYS a better substitute because the water in juice in intelligient, in a way :D
