Curried Carrot Burgers
A delicious hearty Curry Burger: great for serving with Salad, on top of your fave Bread… or if you dry extra you can crumble into a Jar and use as a flavouring for Salad Sprinkle or with Veggies etc…
4 Carrots, (Medium)
1 Zucchini
½ Onion
1 cup
Macadamia Nuts
2 teaspoon Madras Curry Powder, (Use your favourite Brand)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
½ cup Olive Oil, (Always Extra Virgin)
1
teaspoon SeaSalt
½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
Everything goes in the food processor…
Blend and Pulse away… until you get a really good ‘wet’ consistency…
I use an Egg Ring to get the perfect shape… I put the Egg Ring on top of a teflex sheet on the mesh tray, then dollop 1 Large DesertSpoon full of the mixture in it and press it in and fill a little more if needed…
When all the mixture is used put the tray in the Excalibur Dehydrator on 105 – 110…
It takes 12 – 18 hours depending on how you want your end product…
