Ingredients
2 lg Cucumbers, chopped
½ cup Tahini
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Olive oil
4 Garlic, chopped
Salt, too taste
Cumin, too taste
Pepper, too taste
Recipe Directions
Mix all together in food processor until smooth. Serve on crackers, sandwiches, salads or whatever.
Scoop seeds out of cucs first for a better texture!

What kind of texture did you get for the hummus? Since cucumbers have such a high water content, it seems that it would be very runny. Is that the case? I wonder if you cut the seeds out if you would cut down on the water.

Nice! you can also make beanless hummus with zucchini! :)

This is an interesting recipe...I'm not a huge fan of the zucchini hummus so wondering if I'd perfer this.
