Cucumber Chips

I didn't see this here when I searched... It is so simple that it needs no recipe, but still nice for a new idea that someone may not have tried.

Ingredients:

cucumbers
sea salt

Preparation:

Slice fresh, organic slicing cucumbers with mandolin (not too thin though). Spread out on dehydrator trays, sprinkle with sea salt. (Any other prefered flavoring is great too.) Dehydrate till crispy. Serve with salsa, or nut butter, or anything else you usually eat with a chip. Also makes a good cracker substitute, to be eaten with nut cheese or dip.

These were really good! I enjoyed them with some spring onion dip and guacamole. Good stuff!

I do this with zucchini. I'll definitely try this.

Sounds interesting. Do you peel the cucumbers first? I have dehydrated zucchini and really enjoyed it.

Hadn't tried it actually, and I do have some cucumbers! Will have to give it a try.

Thanks
