I love this website so much. This is my first recipe. I hope you like it.

I don't know how much of each spice I put on, I didn't think it was going to turn out as good as it did!

Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower
1 Bunch of kale
1 Sweet Potato

cumin powder
curry powder
chili, salt, pepper to taste

Coconut oil, or olive oil

Preparation:

Chop up the veggies and put them in a big bowl, mix with spices and oil.

I put mine in the dehydrator for about 4 hours, it came out very crispy and warm!

1. I have rutabaga and kohlrabi

I have rutabaga and kohlrabi in the garden. (under winter protection) These should replace the kale and cauliflower. Been trying to find recipes for these vegetables. Thanks.

Sounds yum. I love curry! Instead of a "stir not fried", this is a un-simmered curry.
