Crispy Cookie Cereal and Nut Milk

My favorite cereal of all time! This cereal is both crispy and soft with a buckwheat, cacao, and vanilla dough that is dehydrated until crispy. Next I add in a cranberry, raisin, flax seed, cookie that is chewy, soft, and super good! Last but not least a nut milk that fuses the flavors together. Whats better then a raw cereal to start your day? Watch the video at this link! http://amandanicolesmithrecipes.blogspot.com/2012/02/crispy-cook...

Cereal in my house never really lasts long but I would think it could hold up to a week and a half. I would store the cookie part in the refrigerator so its holds together better. I think the crumbly texture would change to mush if it were kept at room temperature, similar to a raw brownie being left out. I keep the cereal part and the cookie crumble in a big jar in the fridge.

This sounds so yummy! Your cereal part sounds just like the cereal I make, only without the cacao. Maybe instead of waiting until it's gone to make this I can just make the cookie part and add it.
Do you have an estimate of how long this will last? My cereal stays in jars on the counter instead of the fridge, do you think I could also store the "cookie" part on the counter with the other?
Thanks!
