Creamy Nutty Fruit Dip

Servings:
2Sweet creamy dip that’s perfect for apples, banana’s, pears, or on a sandwhich with a raw jelly or honey (if you do honey). I came up with this while trying to solve a craving for the SAD peanut butter with apple slices I use to eat. It knocked the craving out of the park!
Ingredients:
1 cup Brazil Nuts
1 sprinkle Almonds
1 tablespoon Flax Oil
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Preparation:
First take the brazil nuts and almonds and grind them in your food processor till they start to get oily. This means scraping off the sides about four times. Then slowly drizzle in the flax oil, processor more, scraping down the sides. Next add the sea salt and maple, and again, let the processor go awhile, scraping down the sides. Turns into an awesome nut butter!

How do you measure the almonds? Not familar with the term sprinkle, unless it is raining a small amount. LOL Just kidding!
Really now, how many almonds?

I'm sure you could. I have a blendtec and don't really like how it does nuts so I used my processor but if you've got a system I'd go for it. You'll like this b/c I hear you have a sweet tooth, as do I :)

Could I do this with a vita-mix? Sounds awesome!
