You know how I love simple and tasty, so here is another of my personal creations. You can always add some powdered cacao beans for some extra added flavor.
½ cup pureed mature coconut meat
1½ cup coco water
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Place everything in a blender and blend well.
I love cocnut smoothies...I always add a date or two and some ice...I'll have to try the cayenne....yummy
