This creamy, light, frosty shake is so delicate, tasting almost like ice cream. It is a beautiful cream colored drink, naturally sweetened and perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups strained almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Break the frozen banana in two pieces and blend with the almond milk and vanilla until completely smooth. You can add up to five ice cubes if desired. Pour into two glasses and serve.

Hehe no worries annabelle! Here's an idea: Try freezing the meat of a quarter of an avocado in an airtight container, and adding that as well as a teaspoon of raw honey and a few tablespoons of frozen cherries if you can get them. I would imagine that would be just as incredible as the banana...

This looks soooo good! I just got my lab tests back yesterday... and I am definitely allergic to bananas. (cry cry cry)
