Cranberry season! This is also good with celery and kale as the greens. You can also use an orange instead of the apple. Cinnamon is nice and warming in here for the winter months. For some reason, the picture is not posting, but it looks like a green smoothie.

A little late reply, but any liquid would do in this, but I like the health benefits of aloe and coconut water, and the coconut water adds a hint of sweetness that doesn't it water down your flavor like plain water does. I've been making this same smoothie for a couple of weeks now. I can't seem to get over my cranberry and ginger cravings!

Cranberry Green Smoothie
I just made mine with cranberries (frozen), coconut water and some meat, a few frozen strawberries, and some agave nectar. It was delicious! Next time I'll have to add some greens ;-)

Yummm...this sounds delish. Let's see ... I have the banana, cranberries, red grapes, dates, apples, Dandelion greens and spinach leaves. All I need is the aloe, coconut and ginger. Looks like I'll be shopping tomorrow! SLURP!! : )
