Servings:
5 cups1 pkg. 12 oz. Cranberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
2-3 Gala or Ambrosia Apples, chopped
small
1 med. Red Onion, chopped
1/2 c. Sugar (I use Raw Cane Sugar, but date sugar might work
too)
1/3 c. Apple Juice, unsweetened (I leave this out most of the time)
3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped (I wing this ‘cause I like a lot of
cilantro)
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper, chopped (I buy them canned, already chopped)
1 tsp. Lime Peel,
grated
Preparation:
Process cranberries, apples, red pepper, and onion in small batches until coarsely chopped.
Transfer to bowl and fold in
remaining ingredients. Yum!
Note: I don’t even use the entire 1/2 cup of sugar, but usually only about 2 tbsp., just to taste.

1.
I usually serve it with raw veggies, celery is my favorite with this. I sometimes use dehydrated crackers also, or add a dollop to the top of my salad. (=^_^=)
2.
this sounds goooood. what do you serve it with? ~thank you!
3.
It is converting my measurements - like changing 1/2 cup and 1/3 cup to 1 cup - when I try to put them in the ingredients fields.

Be sure to put the ingredients in the Ingredients section, one-at-a-time, rather than all in the recipe description!
