4A delicious and refreshing dressing using some of the best products from the Coconut Secrets company. This dressing is great served over bed of greens, drizzled over cucumbers, or as a dip for nori rolls. You can find all these new coconut ingredients at http://www.rawguru.com/store
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Nectar
1 ½ Tbsp. Coconut Aminos
2 tsp. Coconut Vinegar
2
tsp. minced ginger
Preparation:
Blend all of these incredibly healthy and delicious ingredients in a high speed blender. (Vita-mix and BlendTec are the best). Enjoy!
