Recipe Directions

1. Put fruit, soy milk, coconut oil, and half the coconut flakes in blender till smooth.

2. Add stevia to your preferred sweetness.

3. Stir in the rest of coconut flakes for yummy texture.

I made something similar this morning though with a young coconut, 1/2 pineapple, and one large mango! AHHH.... so delish! Didn't put any greens in this one as lamsleigh does, but will have to try it next time... Thanks for posting.

Must be something in the air today or?.... I just made one with

raw almond milk

frozen banana

frozen mango

frozen pineapple

2 tsps coconut oil......Yummy!

This sounds great except that soy milk is not raw. How about homemade almond milk? I often make my green smoothies with a mango, pineapple, and coconut base too!
