Spinach doesn't come in "heads" but couldn't see bunch there, I use 4 small bunches but you could put as much or as little to your own taste.

I was juicing alot of my greens until I read the book by the "raw family" (rawfamily.com) she wrote about the importance of getting HEAPS of greens into a day and started making smoothies with large amounts of spinach ,lettuce ,kale etc. She found her evening cravings for more nuts and dried fruit (which I had) disappeared.
