Servings:
Serves 2I’ve been trying to get more cilantro in my life, so today I started to make guacamole with what ingredients I had lying around, and this is what happened. I was pleasantly surprised.
Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro
1 Meat of baby Coconut
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Green Onion,
chopped
1 Juice of lemon or 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
A few sprigs of fresh dill
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Salt
½ Avocado (use whole for creamier texture)
Preparation:
Put everything in food processor and blend. You may have to blend ingredients separately to get them all to fit.
