chocolatenanna fridge pie
looked at the chocolate pie recipes in my cookbooks and simply didnt have all the ingredients this worked out great garnished with strawberrys. non raw dinner guests went nuts for it!
2 avos
3 bannanas
2 tablespoon raw cocoa powder, i eyeballed it, could have been
more
½ cup agave to taste, same as above but less!
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 vanillla bean
water to help blend as
needed
5 fresh figs
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup almonds, finely chopped
dash salt
blend first 6 items until its whipped and fluffy like pudding. taste and adjust seasonings, in same blender after removing pudding… mix your chopped nuts with the salt and figs( i had fresh ones but i guess dried soaked ones would do or dates) make a nice batter scraping the sides so the left over chocolate pudding is encorporated into crust mix, press this into pie plate and fill with pudding, place in freezer for an hour or so. mine was a bt soft in the middle but held together well and didnt last long enough on the plates to melt! ui garnished with strawberrys and it was fab!

I haven't tried chocolate avocado yet but if you and your guests say it's good I want to try it! For some reason it seems like this needs some lime or orange zest to it and maybe some fresh grated nutmeg. A little citrus juice might make it oxidize less if you were going to make it ahead of time as well. This would be fun in a muffin tin too so the guests could pick the topping they like- like cherries, coconut, or extra strawberries.

MMmm this sounds good. I love the fluffy feel the avo gives to these chocolate pudding/pie recipes!
