Chocolate Pecan Bars
Cheflandria’s Everyday Raw Food Recipe
Simple but delicious snack or dessert. Even kids love it!
Equipment: Food Processor, Vita-mix
Chocolate Sauce
1 cup coconut oil, extra virgin
1/2 cup cashew
butter
1/3 agave nectar
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
Place all ingredients in the Vita-mix. Blend until smooth.
Chocolate Pecan Bars
1 cup pecans
1 cup oat groats, soaked overnight and
drained
6-7 large dates
Place dates in food processor. Process until paste like and place in a large bowl. Place oat groats in food processor and process until grains are broken then add pecans. Process until combined. Mix the oat groats and pecans into the dates mixture. Use hands to mix until wel incorporated. Form into square or rectangular with about 1/2 inch thick. Spread the chocolate sauce on top then freeze for 30 minutes. Cut it up into pieces and snack!

Oh wowy!!! These look amazing! What can I use instead of oats because I'm not allowed to eat grains (can't eat buckwheat either). Thanks!!

I have not tried it with buckwheat. Oat groats have a great consistency and it tastes oaty.
