This pie was heavenly. The chocolate filling isn't very sweet, so feel free to add more sweetener (such as dates, honey, or stevia) if you want it sweeter. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Chocolate Cream Filling:
3 cups cashews
1 cup coconut oil
3 heaping tablespoons honey (more if you want it fairly sweet)
½ cup cacao powder
Raw Nut Pie Crust:
2 cups walnuts (soaked at least 8 hours)
1 cup dates (loosely packed)
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Top with your favorite fruit, dried coconut flakes, or cacao nibs or drizzle with honey
Process the walnuts and vanilla in the food processor until they are in small chunks. Add the dates (ideally fairly soft ones) and process until it is a uniform consistency. Spread the crust in a springform pie pan until even.
