Yield
10 x 10 cm square container. Height for the base is about 1/2 inch.
Ingredients
CRUST
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup cacao beans
2 tablespoons dried cherries
1 tablespoon local unpasteurized honey
1/2 teaspoon shilajit powder
Pinch of sea salt
FROSTING
3/8 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut water
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tablespoon pomegranate powder
1 tablespoon local unpasteurized honey
1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup water or coconut water
Recipe Directions
CRUST
1. Put crust ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until well mixed (I used a blender).
2. Press into the container.
FILLING
3. Put all filling ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water little by little accordingly.
4. Pour it over the crust and chill in the freezer about one hour (you will see frost become solid).
