Choco Banana Cornflake-Like Cakes
Servings:
Makes 6 Cakes

Remember making Cornflake cakes when you were a kid? Make them again!

I have used dehydrated slices of bananas to resemble Cornflakes and mixed them with raw chocolate to make a raw version of Cornflake cakes.

Super easy to make and fun. Someone gets to lick the bowl afterwards!

It’s good for kids to help with. They can lay the banana on the dehydrator, crush up the dehydrated slices, help melt the chocolate, mix it all up and spoon the mixture into the cake cups.

These cakes are great for parties.

Ingredients:

30g Raw Chocolate Bar
3 Medium Bananas

Preparation:

Very finely slice the bananas. Slice them as thin as you can. This is important.

Dehydrate bananas for 3 – 4 hours. Or when they are crispy.

Crush up the dried banana slices to resemble Cornflakes.

Melt 30g of raw chocolate by grating it into a bowl and setting that bowl in a bigger bowl of off the boil water. You could make your own chocolate but I used a raw bar.

Add the crushed dried bananas and mix it up.

Spoon into cake cups.

Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

I decorated mine with white chocolate hearts (made from lucuma powder, cacao butter and raw honey).

RawKidChef, I used an ice cube tray to make the hearts. Have fun making them, let me know how they turn out.

Omg. I am going to make the white chocolate hearts. Sounds like a lot of yum and a good candy without coconut oil. Thank you very much. I have been looking for something like those hearts. Yum again.

I get Natural Zing, it is raw and organic. MMMMMMM I am eating it mixed with a little water now. That stuff is so good.

Where do you get raw lucuma powder? The only brand I could find is Navita Naturals, and theirs doesn't say it's raw
